Mr. Petraq Milo is elected Chairman of the Board in 2013. He holds a PhD in Finance and Monetary Policies from CERDI -Auvergne University in France.

During 2005 – 2012 Mr. Milo has served as senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Albania on finance, monetary and insurance policies. From 2006 to 2012 he served as Chairman of Supervisory Board of Insurance Institute of Albania – INSIG, an insurance company operating in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia, while from 2012 – 2018 Mr. Petraq Milo was member of the Advisory Board of the Bank of Albania. Currently Mr. Milo is advisor to the President of Albania on finance and economic matters.

Mr. Milo has previously served in different capacities as international consultant for several international organizations, such as World Bank, United Nations and European Commission in South Eastern European Countries. From 2004 to 2005 he served as member of the Advisory Board of the Monetary and Insurance Supervisory Authority in Kosovo.

Mr. Petraq Milo has also an extended academic carrier as Professor at Economic Faculty of Tirana University, and as Charge d’Enseignement at CERDI – University of Auvergne, France.
