Mrs. Edmira Muçko graduated the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, in 1993 and has a degree in Business Administration.
From 1993 to 2006, Mrs. Muçko served in several specialist and managerial positions at the Insurance Institute of Albania (INSIG S.C.), departments of Property, Marketing, Business Development and Sales and Tirana Branch.
Mrs. Muçko holds certificates of trainings from different insurance institutes as well as a variety of other institutes such as: The Banking Training Institute, Tirana, Albania (1993), Chartered Insurance Institute and British Know-How Fund (1995), AVUS, Graz, Austria (1995), International Development Law Institute, Detroit, USA (1998), Danish Chamber of Commerce (2005), Chartered Insurance Institute of Malta, Valletta, Malta (2007). Other training activities have been attended in Austria and Canada (Revios Re / SCOOR-2007), Switzerland (Partner Re – 2010) and Germany (Hanover Re – 2011).
From 2003 to 2004 she contributed as an insurance trainer of the project aiming to establish the Insurance Training Institute in Albania, supported by BICON AB (Insurance Training and Consulting from Stockholm, Sweden), World Learning Albania, USAID and the Albanian Insurers Association.
In 2006, the Supervisory Board of the Insurance Institute of Albania (INSIG S.C) appointed Mrs. Muçko to the position of Deputy Director General and re-appointed her in 2008, 2010 and 2011 for three more consecutive terms.
Mrs. Muçko is one of the co-founders of IFIS Broker and holds the position of Executive Director since the company’s establishment in 2013.

Prof. Dr. Petraq Milo holds a PhD in Finance and Monetary Policies from the CERDI – Auvergne University, France.

Prof. Dr. Milo previously served in different capacities as an international consultant for several international organizations such as the World Bank, the United Nations and the European Commission in South-Eastern European Countries. He also has an extended academic carrier as a Professor at the Economic Faculty of the University of Tirana and as a Charge d’Enseignement at CERDI – University of Auvergne, France.

From 2004 to 2005, he served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Monetary and Insurance Supervisory Authority in Kosovo.

During the 2005-2012 period, Prof. Dr. Milo served as a senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Albania on matters of finance, monetary and insurance policy.

From 2006 to 2012 he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Insurance Institute of Albania (INSIG S.C.), an insurance company operating in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.
From 2012 to 2018 Prof. Dr. Petraq Milo was a member of the Advisory Board of the National Bank of Albania. He currently is an advisor to the President of Albania on matters of finance and economic policy.

Prof. Dr. Petraq Milo holds the position of Chairman of the Board since 2013.

Mr. Aleksander Muçko graduated the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana, Albania, in 1987. He served as an insurance and law specialist for the former Savings Bank and Insurance Institute of Albania in the period 1988-1991 and continued in the same position at the Insurance Institute of Albania (INSIG S.C.) during the period 1991-1992. Mr. Muçko was a member of the working group tasked with drafting the first law on compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance in Albania, which was approved by the Government (Sept.1992) and passed by the Parliament in December 1992.
Mr. Mucko was awarded the Alois Alzheimer Scholarship by the Munich Reinsurance Company and during the period 1992-1993 he attended several training courses and seminars on property, liability, marine and motor insurance and reinsurance in Munich Re HQ in Munich, Germany.
From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Muçko served in managerial positions at the Insurance Institute of Albania (INSIG S.C), departments of Legal Affairs, Marine, Green Cards and Compensation Fund Claims Handling as well as company’s CEO Advisor in the period 2002-2003.
In 2001-2002 Mr. Muçko served as the Business and Sales Department Director of the Insurance Company ATLANTIK.
During 2003-2004 he served as insurance training expert of the project aiming to establish the Insurance Training Institute in Albania, supported by BICON AB (Insurance Training and Consulting from Stockholm, Sweden), World Learning Albania, USAID and the Albanian Insurers Association.
From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Muçko served as a member of the working group preparing the legal reform of the insurance industry, including the draft law on the Insurance Supervisory Authority.
During the period 2005-2015 he worked for the Albanian Customs Service in different managerial positions, departments of Legal Affairs, Operational Center and Anti-trafficking.
Mr. Muçko has been part of IFIS Broker since the company’s establishment (2013), serving as outsourced Legal and Business Consultant, becoming a full time one in January 2016.

Mr. Sotiraq Guga holds a degree in Economics, University of Tirana, complemented by a MBA degree (1996).

He has more than 15 years of experience dedicated to matters of economic and business development in countries transitioning from a communist system. This experience has been accumulated from his various consultancy positions, held in several countries around the world. Mr. Guga has worked as a consultant for programs that support economic development in developing countries, programs initiated or supported by the European Union, the World Bank and various other institutions.

Some of his high-profile international work includes leading roles and senior business consultancy positions in various countries in the western Balkans, countries in Eastern Europe such as Moldova and Ukraine, countries in the Caucasus and lately in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

He returned from Belgium (where he had resided since 1992) to Albania in 2007 and joined the private sector as the founder and Managing Director of the Euro Partners Invest Group, which specializes in business consulting and investments.

Mr. Guga is one of the co-founders of IFIS Broker and holds the position of Business Consultant.
